Here we have an entry from across the pond. Samuel Smith's is from merry old England, and their beer better make me feel jolly. Welcome is a very orange light brown and has a sweet caramel and herb nose. It has a lot of hop up front, but there's a lot of sweet caramel here too. Unfortunately, it comes of as a very average beer, and it's not making me jolly enough. Meh, middle of the pack somewhere. So many better Winter Beers, but the bottles nice.
