Full Sail has done very well by me. I loved their Session Lager and Session Black. Those were both excellent, and their Amber is good too. Hope they don't let me down. Wassail pours out a medium dark brown and has an herb, mocha and strong caramel nose. Wassail has strong herbal hop that lasts throughout. Luckily, there's also strong mocha, light spice and a decent, but still too light body. The other flavors come out more and more as you enjoy this beer. Wassail went from a not great first impression to being really good. This is a first class Winter Beer, and goes high up in the nice list. Full Sail rocks.
