A Trader Joe's product, which usually means it 's pretty good. Hoffbrau pours out a clear gold with a caramel, citrus and herb nose. It brings some caramels with a lot of citrus herb. It's also very fizzy with a nice sweetness. Really over carbonated in an annoying way. This is a solid bock, not exciting, but a nice beer. Worth a try, but there's a lot better bocks out there. Probably find that out in the Spring Tourney.
